butane soldering irons:


A mid-size butane soldering iron is a good thing to keep in the vehicle or bring to Field Day. This
Weller is self-igniting (though it takes practice!), gets plenty hot, and has a good gas capacity.
It also includes a hot-air accessory tip, or can be used as a regular micro torch by removing the
tip.

Don't buy the skinny butane refills, you get very little for your money. Go for the bigger refills that
Walmart sells.
